Planning your next culinary masterclass means finding the right time that works for your schedule. I keep my calendar updated so you can see exactly when I'm available to bring authentic Italian cooking techniques to your venue or private event.

Right now, I have openings for April through June 2025. Summer dates tend to book quickly, especially for corporate events and private celebrations, so if you're looking at those months, it makes sense to reach out sooner rather than later.

How My Schedule Works

I run masterclasses throughout Quebec, mostly in the greater Montreal area and surrounding regions. Each session needs proper setup time and the right kitchen facilities, which is why I typically book classes at least three weeks ahead.

Most of my clients prefer weekend sessions, but weekday evenings work well for corporate groups and team-building events. The calendar shows when I'm genuinely available — not just when slots exist on paper.

  • Weekend masterclasses usually run Saturday afternoons or Sunday mornings
  • Corporate sessions can be scheduled Tuesday through Thursday evenings
  • Private events require venue confirmation at least four weeks prior
  • Holiday periods book up fast, typically two months in advance

Booking Your Masterclass Session

The process is straightforward. I've kept it simple because nobody wants to jump through hoops just to schedule a cooking class.

Send Initial Inquiry

Drop me a message with your preferred dates and the type of masterclass you're interested in. Include how many people you're planning for and whether you have a venue in mind.

Confirm Details

We'll have a quick conversation about menu options, dietary considerations, and kitchen requirements. This usually takes one phone call or a couple of emails back and forth.

Reserve Your Date

Once everything looks good, I'll send over confirmation details and block off your chosen date. You'll get a follow-up email about a week before with final preparations.

Ready to Book?

The easiest way to check if your preferred date is still open is to just reach out directly. I respond to inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays, sometimes faster if I'm between sessions.
